Lars Porsena, or Porsenna. In the early history of Rome, a King of Clusium. Porsenna led the Etruscan conquest of Rome. Tacitus relates that Porsena conquered the city and Pliny mentions that Porsena forbade the citizens of Rome to use iron except for agricultural purposes.
